I own the full process as founder of Jupiter E-Commerce LLC, covering product research, design, mockups, listing copy, pricing, customer communication and financial tracking.
I work with a print-on-demand production partner for DTG/DTF printing and fulfillment, and directly with buyers on personalized and large group orders, adjusting designs, colors and names until each order is exactly right.
Outcome: a 5.0-star average across shop reviews, an Etsy Bestseller listing, and a shop that meets Etsy’s service standards. Buyers consistently mention the communication and accuracy of personalized orders.
Describe what role you played on your team. Who did you have to work with to achieve your goal? What was the outcome of the project?
